“Our mission is to help our clients improve IT efficiency and business workflows through
consultation, deployment and support of technology solutions”.
For 30 years STORM FX has combined world class Software, Hardware, Consulting and Technical Services to help customers optimise their IT infrastructures, create industry leading projects and achieve their business goals.
Headquartered in Milsons Point, NSW, STORM FX works with over 30 vendor partners and engages over 300 companies across the M&E, Education and AEC industries, throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Established in 1991, STORM FX started out selling software in a retail game store.
With an interest in how games were made, STORM FX founders signed up with Discreet Logic to resell their 3DS Max product and in 1995 opened their first office in St Leonards, Sydney. Over the next 9 years the company continued to grow by adding additional vendors and solutions to their mix and established a strong reputation in what became the M&E industry.
In 2006, Martin Leibowitz became Managing Director of STORM FX. With over 40 years of sales and marketing experience in IT, he is highly regarded amongst Australia’s creative professionals and experts and has established many exclusive partnerships with global trendsetters to benefit the Australian and New Zealand market. Coming from New York, he was a key evangelist for new technologies and solutions with companies such as FutureLink (the first “Cloud” solution provider in the US and Europe), Gotham Technology Group (the leading systems integrator in Access & Security technologies), Security Consulting and Storage dealing with all the major financial institutions and media companies such as Time Warner Group.
Over the past 10 years, Martin has significantly grown STORM FX from a reseller of software to the leading supplier of technology solutions.
