Download the app
Click the button below. It downloads the Storm FX TeamViewer QuickSupport app. Nothing installs permanently on your computer.

Open it
Run the file you just downloaded. On a Mac you may need to allow it in System Settings under Privacy & Security the first time.

Read out your ID
The app shows an ID and a password. Tell your Storm FX technician both numbers over the phone and they will connect.
Windows and macOS. Powered by TeamViewer. The link belongs to Storm FX Distributions and only our technicians can connect to it.
